Our major focus this year is planning the Texas ACB conference with the Fort Worth chapter. However, we are planning various events throughout this year of 2012, so come and attend a meeting to see what else we are working on.

Train & Paratransit: LBJ/Skillman Station on Blue Line. Paratransit Feeder Fare from the station for 75 cents.
By Train & Foot: Take the Blue Line train to LBJ/Skillman station. At the southwest end of the inbound platform is a wide white sidewalk that goes through two bends to an amazing foot bridge across LBJ expressway to a wide bike path beside and below the DART Rails ending at Audelia. There are no practical stoplights to assist in crossing Audelia, but the trains drop gates across Audelia about every 10 minutes. Once across, turn right/north, crossing Valmarie, passing in front of the fire station, over short grassy divider to the drive next to the bus stop described below. Turn left/west and follow directions above.  Total distance 1035 yards, 10 blocks, 0.6 mile.
By Bus: This location is served by two bus routes to the only practical bus stop that is on the nearside of Audelia 220 yards from the door.  Take the 583 from Red Line Lovers Lane station or 583 or 374 from Blue Line Lake Highlands station  or 374 from Blue Line LBJ/Skillman station. The stop is the first one on Audelia after the bus curves from Whitehurst to Audelia, Audelia @ Valmarie-S-MB. On exiting the bus, walk (west) down the drive away from the nose of the bus, turn right (north) into the parking lot and follow the fronts of the buildings on the left to El Fenix in the corner - 220 yards, just over 2 blocks.
To leave take the same buses from the same stop to the next station; riding around to original station would be quite long. On Saturday the 384 runs hourly about half past, the 583 runs every half hour.
